This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations.
If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

【About choosing a meeting place】
Please be sure to check and select the meeting place at the reception. midway ride is available on our course. Please purchase an admission ticket at the boarding station and come to the departure platform (the admission ticket fee will be borne by yourself). The tour conductor will inform you by phone by the day before departure. Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for boarding and disembarking on the way.

The purpose of a trip for solo participation is to make it easy and Solo-Only Travel easy for one person to participate in the trip without hesitation. Therefore, we only accept travel applications for one person.

[About the greeting phone call from the tour guide]
In this course, we will give you a confirmation phone call to greet the representative before your trip. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are absent during the day.

Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.

【Information about the tour】
■Please refrain from using the reclining bus seats.
■About the Christmas market Eating and drinking at the venue will be paid by the customer himself.
■You can enjoy multiple activities at the "ReLabo-Medical Spa&Stay-" Accommodation in this course. Yoga is included in the tour price, but the spa is available for an additional fee (first 4 people). Please check the details from the options screen.

■ About Meals requests
・ From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1 day of 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in meal contents due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference.
・Please be sure to let us know for each travel request. Also, even if it is in the same condition as last time, please contact us again for confirmation.
・As a general rule, please let us know at least 14 days before your departure date. Please contact us for further information. In addition, we may explain the menu change to other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

・ If Meals is a lunch box, we will not accept any changes.

・ If you do not eat Meals, the meal fee will not be refunded.

・In principle, please refrain from taking home Meals that you have not consumed.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
