This tour is for single participants only.
We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations. If we find out that you have applied as a group of acquaintances or family members, we may refuse you participation in the tour even if it is shortly before the tour departs, and we may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours by our company.
Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

[ About Meals requests
For group comprehensive arrangements, we will not accept requests for changes to the Meals contents, except in cases where there is a possibility of endangering physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment. We also cannot accept refunds for meals.

[About Zenbo Jingning]
*From 4/month ~ 10/3, the retreat experience will start at 16:00, and you may not be able to see the sunset depending on the time of year and weather.
*For departures from 10/26~12/6, the order of the itinerary will be changed to Izano Shrine on Day 2, and it will be a retreat experience in the morning. Please note.

●For the Zen retreat experience, there is no strenuous exercise, but it is desirable to wear clothes that are easy to move in. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing (pants style, etc.). On the day of the event, luggage storage is available. Rooms are shared (*no rental clothes). If you are a woman, please refrain from participating in ZEN Wellness in a skirt.
●Slippers are available in the hotel.
●Seining will be a retreat facility rather than a temple or shrine, and all experiences will be original programs.
Retreat is a new style of travel where you face yourself in an extraordinary place away from work and life, and spend time relaxing your mind and body.
The retreat plan is an experience that balances the mind and body through meditation and yoga in a space surrounded by nature.

[About choosing a meeting place]
*You can midway ride the way. Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting point.
If midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*The tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the bus.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[Please understand the purpose of this solo trip]
Our solo trips are "Solo-Only Travel" that aim to allow people to travel alone without hesitation, in a relaxed and casual manner. For this reason, we only accept applications from single people.

[About greeting calls from tour conductors]
For this course, we will make a confirmation call to the representative before the trip to greet them. However, please note that we may not be able to contact you if you are not at home during the day.
*Those who reside outside of Japan will not be contacted prior to departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
