[Information about the fireworks display]
・Please note that the seating Itinerary be shared chairs and it will take approximately 20 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the venue.
・The fireworks display will go ahead even in the rain (please bring raincoats, umbrellas, towels, and a change of clothes). However, in the event of bad weather, the fireworks display may be postponed or canceled. In that case, you will arrive at the hotel in the evening. If the decision is not made before departure, we will depart as Itinerary. Please note that we cannot refund travel fees after departure. *The display will go ahead if it is only light rain.
In addition, events may be canceled due to the influence of the new coronavirus.
・ Itinerary to arrive at the inn around 22:30 as we will be arriving at the inn after the fireworks display. Depending on traffic congestion, we may arrive even later.

*The tour is planned based on information as of January 1, 2025. Due to requests from national and local governments, the festival may be canceled or the content may be changed.

As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations. We also cannot provide refunds for meal fees.

[About choosing a meeting place]
Please be sure to confirm and select the meeting place when you check in.
*You can choose midway ride on this tour.
If you wish to midway ride, please purchase a ticket at the boarding station and then proceed to the departure platform (ticket fees are at your own expense).
*Your tour conductor will contact you by phone the day before departure with instructions on how to board the tour.
*Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for getting on or off the bus along the way.

[About Accommodation]
■ Please leave the Accommodation allocation to us. One person will be assigned to one room.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
