We do not allow acquaintances or family members to attend, even if you make individual reservations.
If we find that you have applied with friends or family, we may refuse you participation in the tour and may also refuse you participation in all future Solo Travel tours with our company.

[About changing your meal plan]
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to change the contents of Meals, except in cases where there is a risk to your physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Information and Disclaimer]
■You may not be able to see Mt. Fuji depending on the weather.
■If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, you will be provided with alternative sightseeing options at Lake Kawaguchi and no refunds will be given.
■Please refrain from reclining bus seats.

[About waiting for Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 30 days prior to departure, we will convert your reservation to an official reservation by sending you a contract or submitting it to your My Page.
Please make payment for the trip within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

[Seats]
In order to ensure the smooth running of group travel, we ask that you leave the allocation of transportation (bus, train, airplane, Other) and seats at designated facilities during the trip to us.

[For customers who apply less than 5 business days before the departure date]
■ About sending materials
Please note that due to postal circumstances, travel brochures and other materials may not arrive before your departure, or may arrive in duplicate.
■About payment
For new applications made more than 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) prior to the tour departure date, payment must be made by credit card.

[About the bus front seat option]
■For an additional fee of 1,500 yen per person per day, we will reserve a seat within the first three rows of the bus. We cannot accept requests for seats within the first three rows. Please leave the seating to us. *Excluding hotel shuttle buses and taxis.
■The application deadline is 5 business days before the tour departure. If paying by credit card, it is 3 business days before the tour departure. Payment must be made in advance; cash payments on the day are not accepted.
■Due to seating arrangement, passengers in the first three rows may not be those who have applied for the front seat reserved plan.

*If foreign passengers are traveling with us, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but no guide-interpreter will accompany the passenger.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
