■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway Meals.

*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[For passengers boarding midway ride (from Hiroshima Station or Okayama Station)]
Please purchase your own admission ticket on the day and come to the train departure platform (boarding/alighting gate). Admission tickets will be at your own expense.
The tour director will inform the representative of the train car and seat number by the day before departure.
Please let us know your boarding station at least 4 days before departure. Please note that you will be responsible for your own transportation costs to the midway ride station, and there will be no refunds for getting on or off along the way.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
