[About the tour]

■ We may guide you by changing the order of the process.
■ It will be Jointly Operated Tour with our other branches. Please note that there may be a waiting time at the round-trip station. The tour conductor will accompany you from Kyoto Station.
■ Shinkansen tickets to Kyoto on the outbound journey will be sent together with the "Travel Bookmark (Final Information)" about 5 days before departure. * The return ticket will be given to you by the tour conductor during the tour.

■ Kibune Kawadoko Cooking
In case of rain or rising water due to rain, dinner on the riverbed may be canceled.

■ About the return Shinkansen
On the third day, you will be asked to board our designated flight and return and disband.
* The return Shinkansen flight will be announced in the final information letter. You will not be able to board flights other than those designated by us.
* If you miss the return Shinkansen on the third day, you will be asked to purchase an individual ticket at your own expense and go home.
* The tour conductor will not accompany you on the third day.
* Transportation expenses to Shin-Osaka Station will be borne by each person

[About changes in meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes in the meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and the actual cost if there is a difference. 【Precautions for travel】

【Waitlist Reservations 】
For Waitlist passengers, if seats are available 15 days before departure, we will transfer to an official reservation by sending the contract document or sending it to My Page. Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after the documents arrive. If payment cannot be confirmed, the reservation will be canceled. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
