[About tourist boats and travel between islands]
■Tourist boats and high-speed ferries may be canceled due to bad weather.
■The operating bus company will be Ishigakijima Eagle Tourist or an equivalent class.
There will be no bus guides on board.
■The front seat option for the bus is not available for this course.
■Even if you are traveling with other passengers, you may be asked to sit together on the bus.
■The island tour bus may include shared passengers with other tour groups or individual passengers.
[About the aircraft used]
■We cannot accept requests for specific flights, times, airlines, or seat locations. Even if two or more people are using the service, you may not be seated next to each other. Flight departure and arrival times may change due to weather conditions, equipment adjustments, sudden schedule changes, etc.
[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
