■The tour conductor will accompany you from Kushiro Airport Day 1 to Kushiro Airport Day 3 At Chubu Centrair International Airport, please receive your boarding pass from our airport staff and board the plane on your own. The local tour conductor will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate at Kushiro Airport (arrival airport).
■There will be no bus guide on board.
■Please note that if your flight is canceled due to bad weather or other reasons, you will be responsible for any extra nights or additional travel expenses.
■The itinerary may be reversed, the order of sightseeing spots may be changed, or some spots may be omitted.
■In the event of poor catch due to weather or other reasons, the menu may change.
■The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
■Regarding participant registration, you will need to register ①participant name, ②age, and ③gender.
■ Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.
Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. In addition, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is an all-inclusive arrangement for large groups, we cannot accommodate requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical considerations.
Please note that we cannot refund the cost of your meal even if you do not consume Meals.

[Age classification for children and infants on this tour (air travel)]
■Guests aged 6 to 11 years old: Please apply as a "child" (same conditions as adults).
■For passengers aged 3 to 5, please apply as an "infant." Airfare and bus seat fees are included. Bedding and meals are not included.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge and no services are provided.
[Infant and toddler reception]
■If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this special form or through our call center.
■For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management, we will provide an airplane seat and a bus seat for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). Train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you wish, please make a reservation as a "child."

Please note that we may not be able to contact you if we are unable to reach you during our business hours or if we are not available. *Even if you do not request a call, we may still call you if we have something to tell you.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
