■ If you are walking on snow on the walking path of Murododaira (Mikurigaike), you will not be allowed to walk freely in Murododaira for safety reasons.

[About luggage and clothing]
■ All luggage must be brought by the customer.
A rucksack that frees up both hands is convenient. Please pack your hand luggage as small as possible. Please avoid carry-on bags as much as possible.
■ Rain Gappa must have a hood. Even if you don't have an umbrella, the rain will not interfere with your movements.
■ Comfortable shoes: There are places around Murodo where you can walk on the snow. Trekking shoes or sneakers that are non-slip and comfortable are recommended.

【Accommodation About the facility】
■ If you use one room for 3~4 people, you may need to use an extra bed or sofa bed.
■ There is no bus depending on the room. In that case, please use the public bath.
■ Only the restaurant (evening and breakfast venue) does not allow the use of yukata robes. (Yukata can be moved to the large public bath)
■ You cannot specify the view from the room.

* If your train has a stop on the way, you can get on and off the train. 【Reception for infants】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
