[About Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days before departure, we will officially register your reservation by sending you a written contract or submitting it to your My Page. *Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion, seat arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for specific departure and arrival times or window or aisle seats. Also, even if two or more people apply, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Travel fees for infants]
For passengers aged 3 to 5, due to the Travel Industry Law and safety management considerations, we will provide seats on the plane and on the bus during the tour, for which an additional fee will be charged (there are no seats in taxis or free hotel shuttle buses). There will be no train seats, Meals, or bedding provided at the Accommodation during the tour.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
