■Due to requests from national and local governments, the fireworks may be canceled or the content may be changed.
■Please note that even if Minimum Number of Participants has been reached, the event will not be considered "Confirmed" until the details are announced by the festival organizers.
■As a general rule, the tour will proceed even if it rains, but there may be cases where the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. If cancellation is decided before the tour departs, the tour will also be cancelled and the full tour fee will be refunded. In such cases, we will contact the representative by phone to inform them of the cancellation (if we do not contact you, please assume that the tour will depart). Also, the decision to cancel on-site will be made on the day, and cancellation notice may be given on the morning of the day due to unavoidable circumstances. If the fireworks display is cancelled or postponed after the tour departs, we will show you alternative sightseeing spots.

■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. For any changes after that, please contact us.
■ Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays or non-participation due to transportation delays, etc. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.
■There may be cases where the tour departs from other locations within Ibaraki Prefecture. In such cases, we ask for your cooperation in transferring to other buses along the way.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
