■雨天時などは安全上の理由によりFUJIYAMAツインテラスへのバスが運休となり、テラスへご案内できない場合があります。
その際は、バス乗車相当額をご返金の上、代案観光（当日ご案内いたします）にご案内します。
■FUJIYAMAツインテラスまでは、許可車両であるマイクロバスまたは小型・中型バスに乗り換えてのご案内となります。また、一般のお客様と混乗となる場合があります。テラスまでは徒歩約5分のなだらかな階段と坂道を登っていただく必要がありますので、歩きやすい靴でご参加ください。
■ホテル千石または同等クラス宿泊プランのコース番号84845・兵庫発着のコース番号84847-8と共同催行となります。共同催行コース合わせてバス1台につき46名以下となります。
■和室または和洋室をご利用の際、お客様ご自身でお布団を敷いていただく場合があります。また、入室の際に既に布団が敷かれている場合があります。
■花の見頃は天候不順などにより時期が前後する場合があります。
■紅葉の見頃は天候不順などの理由により、時期が多少前後する場合がございます。
■富士山は天候等により見られない場合があります。
■写真は全てイメージです。
■行程の一部を入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。

・別料金・おひとり様3,000円にて、2日間バスの前方より3列目以内のお席を確保いたします。
・1～3列目の中での希望は承れません。座席は弊社にご一任ください。
・本プランはグループ単位となります。
・人数追加やツアー変更・出発日の変更の際は再度ご予約をお願いいたします。また、最大8席のためご予約いただけない場合もございます。
・お申込み締め切り日はツアー出発5営業日以内まで/クレジットカード支払いの場合は3営業日以内までとなっております。代金は事前にご入金をお願いいたします。当日の現金払いは承れません。
・席割の都合上、3列目までのお客様が前方指定席プランへのお申込みの方でない場合がございます。

【利用列車について】
利用列車の発着時間につきましては表記内での弊社の指定する便及び号車となりますので予めご了承願います。ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたり、他のお客様と相席をお願いする場合がございます。予め、ご了承下さい。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
京都駅から途中ご乗車希望のお客様は出発7日前までに弊社までご一報ください。
※行程表内に記載された駅以外からの途中乗車はできかねます。こだま号利用と記載の場合も、ひかり号利用に変更になる場合があります。
※列車・時間などの詳細は、後日送付いたします「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてご確認ください。
※途中乗車駅までの交通費・運賃および駅ホームへの入場券はお客様負担となります。
※途中乗車によるご返金・割引はございません。予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
