●大阪・関西万博入場の際に、万博IDの取得やパビリオン予約等、お客様ご自身でお手続き作業をする必要があります。ご予約後、マイページにお送りする「大阪・関西万博についてのご案内」にて出発までに実施いただく手順をご案内しておりますので、必ずご確認ください。

●万博ツアーへの参加においては、スマートフォンやタブレット等の電子機器が必要となります。
●大阪・関西万博会場内は、原則キャッシュレス決済となっています。
会場内の買い物・飲食には現金は使用できません。約60種類の決済ブランドが利用可能予定です。(クレジットカードも利用可)現金以外の決済手段を持たない方は事前にプリペイドカードをご購入いただく必要がございます。詳細は確定次第、大阪・関西万博の公式ホームページに掲載されます。

※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。

【幼児の旅行代金】
３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は3,000円(万博入場券込み)となります。行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございません。ご希望の場合は「子供」でご予約ください。

【乳児の受付】
３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合はこちらの専用フォームまたはコールセンターにてお申し込みください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
