【大阪・関西万博について】
■当日QRコード付きのチケットIDを添乗員よりお渡しさせていただきます。スマートフォンやタブレットをお持ちでない方もこのQRコード付きのチケット（紙チケット）にて入場が可能です。
■チケットIDが当日のお渡しとなるため、ツアー出発前のパビリオン予約・イベント抽選はご利用いただけません。パビリオン予約枠に空きがある場合は、当日、会場内に設置される登録端末を使用してパビリオン予約が可能です。また当日予約せずに並んで入場できるパビリオンも設置される予定です。※長時間お並びいただく可能性がございます。
■スマートフォンやタブレット等をお持ちの方は、チケットIDをお渡し後、万博IDとチケットIDを紐づけることでパビリオン、イベントの予約も可能です（ガラケーやらくらくホンは非対応）。ご旅行出発前に万博ＩＤの登録をしておくことをお勧めします。
■大阪・関西万博会場内は、全面キャッシュレスとなります。会場内の買い物・飲食には現金は使用できません。約60種類の決済ブランドが利用可能予定です。(クレジットカードも利用可)
■現金以外の決済手段を持たない方は、事前にプリペイドカードをご購入いただく必要がございます。
■キャリーバックなどを含む大型荷物の持ち込みはできません。
■バス乗降場(第2ターミナル)から西口ゲートまでは徒歩約30分程歩いてのご移動となります。

【子供・幼児料金】
●４～１１歳のお子様の旅行代金は大人料金の4,800円引きとなります。
●３歳のお子様の旅行代金は幼児料金の1,500円引きとなります。
●３歳以上のお子様のご予約は、ご予約完了後、お電話（06-6733-0070）にてご連絡ください。

【キャンセル待ち予約について】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、出発15日より前にお席のご用意ができた場合は、契約書面の送付またはマイページへの送信をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。
書類到着後1週間以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきます。
また、お席が空いたタイミングによっては、契約書面の発送前にお電話またはメールにて連絡させていただく場合がございます。

【予約についての注意】
■出発間近の日付(2日前)につきましては、インターネットでは予約頂けませんので、お問い合わせ下さい。
■最少催行人員に満たないときは、ご旅行が中止になる場合もございます。中止の場合のみ弊社よりご連絡をさせていただきます。
■内容は、毎日更新(日・祝・年末年始除く)をしておりますが、多少のタイムラグがあり、実際の状況と異なる場合がありますのでご了承下さい。尚、残席が1席でも受付中となります。また、予約時の状況やご人数によって満席となる場合もあります。
■盲導犬等補助犬を同行されるお客様のご参加が想定されます。「動物アレルギー」をお持ちの方は、必ずお申込み時にご連絡ください。
■本ツアーは外国人にも販売しております。外国人のお客様が同乗される場合、一部外国語でご案内をすることもございます。予めご了承ください。

【バス座席・リクライニングシートの利用について】
■バスのお座席は弊社に一任となります。またリクライニングシートの利用はご遠慮ください。
■別料金にて前席プラン（おひとり様1500円増し）がございます。なお、1～3列目および左右・通路側など指定の受付はいたしません。※前席プランのお申し込みはグループ単位での受付となります。グループの中の一部でのお申し込みは承れません。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
