【花火大会について】
●現時点の情報を元に企画を行っております。国および地方自治体等の要請により、やむを得ず大会が中止となる場合があります。または、内容の変更が生じる場合があります。
●熱海花火見学の際、港に余裕を持って到着し、乗船までお待ち頂く場合がございます。また、熱海市内は交通規制などに渋滞が見込まれます。予めご了承下さい。

●【クルーズ船について】
●ご乗船いただく船は、自由席のため混雑状況によっては、着席できない場合があります。例年、殆どの方が屋上デッキまたは船後方のデッキ等で立見をされています。
●イス・カメラの三脚の持込はご遠慮ください。
●船内に自動販売機がありますが、売店はありません。

【当ツアーについて】
●深夜帰着となります（24:00新宿着予定)。花火大会終了後、道路渋滞等により帰着予定時間より遅れる場合もございます。最終電車に遅れる場合も想定されます。帰着時間が大幅に遅れた場合でも、宿泊・食事・タクシー代などの負担には応じられませんので、ご了承下さい。
●当ツアーは奇数人数でのご参加のお客様は相席となります。男女での相席をお願いする場合もありますので、予めご了承ください。
●昼食のご用意はございません。お済ませのうえお集まりください。
●夕食は16：10頃からの早めの夕食となります。
●雨天決行ですが当日の天候により、花火大会が中止となる場合があります。花火大会の注意事項は「おすすめポイント」欄をご確認ください。
●団体包括手配のため、アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容変更のご要望はお受けいたしません。お客様ご自身でご用意お願いします。また食事代の返金、お食事のお持ち帰りもご対応いたしません。
●交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。
●ご予約後にお送りするパンフレット(書類不要を選択の場合はマイページよりダウンロード)に記載の集合場所地図をご確認いただき、必要な方は、駅構内でお手洗いをお済ませの上、集合場所にお集まりください。

ご出発日の1週間前以降にお申し込みされたお客様には、ご出発日までにご旅行パンフレット・お振込み用紙など書類の発送が間に合わない場合がございます。

【キャンセル待ち予約のお客様へ重要なご案内】
キャンセル待ちのお客様には、お席が空き次第、契約書面の送付をもって正式予約に移行手続きを行います。書類到着後10日以内にご旅行代金の入金手続きをお願いいたします。入金確認ができない場合、ご予約を取り消しさせていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
