[About the tour]
■Both nights may be rooms without indoor baths. Please use the large public bath.
■1st night: The open-air bath at Furofusa Onsen may not be available depending on the weather.

[Waitlist About reservations
For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, they will be transferred to an official reservation by sending a written contract or sending it to My Page. Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will cancel the reservation. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.
If you don't consume Meals, you'll receive a non-refundable meal.

[About sending documents]
Regarding the "Travel Bookmark", tickets and tickets will be sent by mail for courses that are sent before departure, and you will not be able to view the "Travel Bookmark" on My Page.

For online bookings, this tour accepts credit card payment only, and no physical travel documents will be mailed.

【Precautions for travel】
*Round-trip transportation and Accommodation facilities will be notified in the "Travel Bookmark (Departure Information)" sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats for transportation (buses, airplanes, trains, Other) and room allocation for Accommodation facilities during your trip. Please refrain from reclining the bus seats.
*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion conditions, seating arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for designated departure and arrival times, window sides, aisle sides, etc. Also, even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available to foreigners. If you are a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but an interpreter will not accompany you.

[Request for participation in the aircraft course]
Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
