■To avoid road congestion, you may need to transfer to a shuttle bus from WOW RIDE (about 10 minutes from before the Dinosaur Museum). Please note.
■Waiting time may occur due to transfers at Tsuruga Station.

[About children's and infant travel fees]
■The travel fee for children aged 6~11 (elementary school students) will be deducted by 8,000 yen from the adult travel price.
■Preschool children aged 3~6 years old will need 3,000 yen per person as a bus seat fee. If you need a JR seat, the child fare (8,000 yen off the adult travel price) will be charged.

[midway ride Information and communication to customers who wish to do so]
If you wish to board from a station other than Osaka Station, you will be responsible for the transportation costs to midway ride Station (all railways, including conventional lines and Shinkansen) and admission tickets, so please be sure to inform us. Please note that there are no staff at midway ride station, so please take the designated train for yourself.
Even if you get off on the return trip, you will be responsible for the transportation costs beyond the stopover station.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
