[About Waitlist]
For customers on Waitlist, if a seat becomes available 15 days before departure, we will officially register your reservation by sending you a written contract or submitting it to your personal page. Please make payment for the travel fare within one week of receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm your payment, your reservation will be cancelled. Depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending you the written contract.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
