[Course Notes]
■The round-trip Shinkansen train is Itinerary to be the Kodama, but depending on logistical reasons, it may be the Hikari instead.
■For this tour, we do not make a phone call to greet you before departure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
When using a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, you may be asked to lay out your futon by yourself.
■ If the houseboat boat ride down Shimanto River Day 2 is canceled due to bad weather or high water levels, we will refund the equivalent of our procurement fee and skip the trip.
■It is about a 10-minute walk from Cape Ashizuri to Kongofukuji Temple. Please wear comfortable walking clothes.

[Regarding Meals requests]
As this is a comprehensive group arrangement, we cannot accept requests to change Meals content, except in cases where there is a risk of physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment. Please note that we cannot refund the meal fee even if you do not eat Meals. From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to the meal content due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., and the actual cost will be charged if there is a difference in the price. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. Please consult us for any changes after that. * If you remove the food yourself, the above additional costs will not be incurred.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
Even if you wish to board from a station other than the departure station on the itinerary, you will be responsible for the transportation costs and admission ticket fees to the midway ride. If you board from an midway ride station, please purchase the various tickets yourself and board the train listed on the final information sheet (sent approximately 5 days before the departure date) that we will send you, which will specify the flight number and Accommodation.

[About the trains used]
Regarding train arrival and departure times,The flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  Please be aware that this may occur.
Please note that because tours are arranged as a group, seats may be divided into front and back seats depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement of the train, and seat availability.

[Notes regarding reservations]
■Reservations cannot be made online for dates close to departure (2 days prior). Please contact us for details.
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. We will only contact you if the trip is canceled.

[Cancellation/Changes]
If you need to cancel or change a trip you have applied for, please contact us. A designated fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
