【Course Important Information】
■Since the 9-Nov. Saturday, Sunday, and holiday worship suspension of "Motonosumi Shrine" from Nagato City was announced on 7/29, we will change the guide from "Motonosumi Shrine" to "Tsunoshima Lighthouse" for Sunday departures of 9-Nov.. Please note.
■Kanmon Tunnel (walk through the Kanmon Straits Humanitarian Tunnel) Comfortable shoes and clothes are recommended.
■The five-storied pagoda of Rurikoji Temple may not be visible due to renovation work. Please note.
■Please refrain from participating in this course for elementary school students and preschoolers (3~6 years old).
■On this tour, we do not provide phone calls to greet you before departure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

[Meals Regarding requests for content
Due to group arrangements, we will not accept requests for changes to the Meals content, except in cases where there is a possibility of endangering physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment. If you do not consume Meals, the meal will not be refunded. From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information. *If you remove it yourself, the above additional costs will not be incurred.

If you apply online, this course will only be accepted by credit card payment and no documents will be sent.

[To passengers boarding midway ride]
Even if you wish to board from a station other than the departure station on the itinerary, you will be responsible for the transportation costs and admission ticket fees to the midway ride. If you board from an midway ride station, please purchase the various tickets yourself and board the train listed on the final information sheet (sent approximately 5 days before the departure date) that we will send you, which will specify the flight number and Accommodation.

[About the trains used]
Regarding train arrival and departure times,The flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  Please be aware that this may occur.
Please note that because tours are arranged as a group, seats may be divided into front and back seats depending on the number of participants, the seating arrangement of the train, and seat availability.

[Notes regarding reservations]
■Reservations cannot be made online for dates close to departure (2 days prior). Please contact us for details.
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. We will only contact you if the trip is canceled.

[Cancellation/Changes]
If you need to cancel or change a trip you have applied for, please contact us. A designated fee will be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
