[About changes to meal contents]

[About the tour]
■This course will guide you to the special nighttime illumination of private houses that are part of the Shirakawa-go. Shirakawa-go Unlike the entire lit-up event (in 2026, it will only be held for 4 days).
■ Check-in at Day 1 inns is after 3 p.m., and check-out is at 10 a.m.
■If you participate in both buses and trains with an odd number of people, you may be seated in a shared seat for men and women. Trains may have seats left even in groups.
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■The snowy scenery may not be visible due to weather conditions.
■ Day 2 arrives at the hotel around 21:00 because the private house is lit up and arrives at the hotel after dinner, so Itinerary arrive at the hotel.

【About Accommodation Facilities】
■Both nights may be in a room without a bath (there is a shower booth for the second night). Please use the large public bath for bathing.
■Even if you apply for a room for 4 people, you will be divided into 2 rooms for the second night.
■There is no setting for 3 people in one room.

If you wish to board the train from Kyoto Station on the way, please inform us at least 7 days before departure.
*We cannot midway ride from stations other than those listed in the itinerary. Even if it is written as using the Echo, it may be changed to the use of the Hikari.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no seats on the train, Meals, or bedding in Accommodation facilities during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
