Regarding participant registration When registering a participant, you will need to register (1) participant's name, (2) age, and (3) gender.

[Changes to participants]
Since your name will be printed on the aircraft ticket, you will not be able to cancel or change your course after the cancellation fee is incurred, nor will you be able to change your name. For name changes after the cancellation fee is incurred, please contact our call center.

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. As a general rule, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after that, please contact us.

*The best time to see Hachimantai Dragon Eye is usually from late May. to early Jun..
■The open-air bath by the sea at Koganezaki Furofushi Onsen may be closed due to weather conditions.
■Towels and bath towels are not provided at day-trip hot spring facilities. Please bring your own or purchase them on-site.
■The order of the itinerary may be changed.

[About Mini Hiking]
This course is Mini Hiking. As you will be walking on snow, waterproof hiking shoes or boots are recommended. Please avoid leather shoes and sandals. Please wear comfortable clothing. Depending on the weather on the day, it may be useful to bring a jacket, hat, gloves, and sunglasses to protect against temperature changes and sunlight.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
