This course is run in collaboration with 84002 (Business Hotel Plan). The itinerary is the same except for Accommodation and the cherry blossom trees along the Kannonji River.
The best time to see the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions. If the cherry blossoms are not in their best season, we may omit the tour or show you alternative sightseeing spots. No refunds will be given in this case.

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. [Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date.
*Please leave it to us to allocate seats on all modes of transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and rooms at Accommodation during the trip.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*If the train you are using has stops along the way, you may get on and off. If you wish to board from a station, please inform us in advance when making your reservation, or check your "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" and call our call center at least 4 days before the departure date to let us know. The fare to the station midway ride will be borne by the customer. In addition, when boarding, please purchase an admission ticket (at your own expense) and come to the platform. [Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
