[About the tour]
<About hot spring bathing and hot spring facilities>
For departures on January 26th and February 16th, the women's only open-air bath "Kukai no Yu" at Yamano Hotel Musouen will be closed Day 3 due to cleaning. Instead, you will be asked to use the open-air bath "Kobo no Yu." Thank you for your understanding.
*Due to hot spring facility reservations, the order of the itinerary may be changed.
*If the hot spring facility is crowded, we may split up your group.
*Towels and bath towels are not provided at day-use bathing facilities. Please bring your own or purchase them on-site.
*Due to snowfall in winter, the open-air baths at each hot spring facility may not be available. Also, in the event of temporary closures or bus access being blocked due to frozen roads, the facility may be changed or omitted. Thank you for your understanding.
*Depending on the snowfall and temperature in winter, the open-air baths at each hot spring facility may be unavailable. In addition, if the facility is temporarily closed or the bus cannot pass due to frozen roads, we may change the facility you are using.
*Large buses cannot enter the bathing facilities at Nagayu Onsen and Takenoguchi Onsen, so you will need to walk about 5 minutes from the drop-off point. You may be required to walk on snowy roads, so please wear non-slip shoes and warm clothing during the winter.

■For the first night at Yufuin Club, if you are staying in a Japanese-style room, you will need to lay out your futon yourself.

[Changes to meal contents]
For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and any difference in price will be charged at the actual cost. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
