[About this course]
■The festival may be canceled due to bad weather. If either of the two festivals is held, the tour may still proceed. If the tour is canceled before the meeting time, a full refund will be given. Please note that if the festival is canceled after the tour has departed, no refunds will be given.
■ Day 1, you will watch the Nagasaki Shoro Nagashi. You will travel to the hotel by streetcar (about 20 minutes from Nagasaki Station, includes a one-day streetcar pass), and check in after 3:00 p.m. You can use the delivery service from Nagasaki Station to the hotel for your luggage (one item per person).
■ Day 2 you may have to wait to enter Kumamoto Castle depending on how busy it is. After dinner at Kumamoto Castle, you will move to the festival venue, so dinner will be around 4pm. Also, since you will arrive at the lodging after watching the festival, you will arrive quite late, around 11pm. All hotels for the second night will be single rooms, so even if you have booked a room for two people, you will be divided into two rooms.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but is not updated in real time. Even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
