[Room Information]
When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room at Mercure Hotel Tottori Mt. Daisen Resort & Spa, guests may be required to lay out their own futons.

Twin beds may be provided with an extra bed or sofa bed.

[Lunch Day 1]
For lunch on Day 1 at Tottori Sand Dunes, please choose from "Seafood Steamed Meal" or "Mt. Daisen Chicken Steamed Meal".
*Please keep to the same seating arrangement within your group as your seats may be separated.

[Information about reservations]
■The information is updated daily (excluding Sundays, national holidays, and the New Year holidays), but please note that it is not in real time. Also, even if there is only one seat remaining, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If the number of participants is insufficient, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.
■We will contact you again in writing with final details (meeting location, time, etc.) at least 5 days before your trip.

[Regarding midway ride]
■If you wish to board or disembark along the way, please check the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" that will be sent to you approximately 5 days before the departure date, and contact our Domestic Travel Center at least 4 days before departure. We apologize for the inconvenience, but for midway ride, please purchase a ticket with the minimum fare for the section and board the designated train. Please note that there are no refunds or discounts for boarding or disembarking along the way. Please note that each passenger will be responsible for the fare to the midway ride (for all railways, including conventional lines and Shinkansen).

[Train and bus seats]
■Due to the seating configuration, even if you are booking as part of a group, your seats may be far apart, and even if two people book, you may not be seated next to each other (seating vertically).
■The bus company operating this course will be Kintetsu Bus or an equivalent company. There will be no bus guide on board.

■If you apply for the infant (age 3 to preschooler) rate, the bus/train seat and Accommodation fee are included, but meals, bedding, etc. are not provided. If you require them, please make a reservation as a [child].

■Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
