[About this course]
■ Day 2 Seeing the ice trees at Shiga Hotaru Onsen may not be visible depending on the amount of snow due to natural phenomena. Please note.
■Please participate in cold weather shoes and warm clothes. Please also prepare a hat and gloves.
■The snowmobile may be canceled or changed depending on the weather and snow conditions. In the event of cancellation, the group ride fee will be refunded.

[About meals]
■From Domestic Travel departing on or after the 1st of May. 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to the content of meals due to religious reasons, such as serious food allergies or dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, and the actual cost if there is a difference. [Accommodation About the facility
■1~4 people per room is basic.
■Rooms are Japanese-style or Japanese-Western rooms [both without baths and with toilets].

*The futon bedding will be done by the customer himself.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
