[Departing on Nov. 14th / Taketomi Island sightseeing omitted]
It has been decided that the Tanadui Festival Festival, a festival to pray for a bountiful harvest, will be held on Taketomi Island from Nov. 15th to 18th. During the festival, transportation and tourist facilities on the island will be closed, so we will be forced to omit sightseeing on Taketomi Island on this departure date. We ask for your understanding.

For departures on Nov. 14th, we will be offering the following reduced fares.

Adults and children: -4,000 yen / Infants: No discount

Please note that there may be waiting times at Ishigaki Airport on both the outbound and return trips.

[About the itinerary]
・Please note that even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other on the plane.
・If 3-4 people share a room, an extra bed may be used, or the room may be divided into two rooms due to hotel circumstances.
・There are 5 stairs in the guest room for the third night.
・The bus may be shared with other customers. Depending on the number of participants, we may have to use a taxi.
・We may not be able to land on the island due to bad weather, etc. Also, due to unavoidable circumstances, we may have to change the order of the itinerary. ・*All transportation costs, fees for paid facilities, meals, etc. during free time are at your own expense.

It may not be possible to reach the island due to sea conditions or weather.
There may be cases where we are forced to make significant changes or substitutions to transportation means or itinerary, or to extend your stay, and we will be forced to charge you additional fees.
Also, when transferring between flights or ships, you will need to carry your own luggage, so we recommend that you keep it compact.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
