【花火大会について】
開催日：2025年9月27日（土）
打ち上げ時間：18：00～19:30頃終了予定
■花火大会は原則として雨天決行となりますが、
悪天候により止むを得ず花火大会が中止もしくは順延となる場合がございます。
また、国および自治体等の要請により開催されない場合があります。
ツアー出発前までに中止が決定した場合は、ツアーも中止とさせて頂き、
ツアー代金全額をご返金いたします。
その場合、弊社から代表者の方へ中止の旨のご連絡をいたします
(中止の連絡がない場合はツアーは出発するとお考えください)。
ツアー出発後、花火大会が中止または順延となった場合は、代案観光にてツアーを催行させていただきます（代案は未定)。またイス席は買取の為、ご返金はございませんので予めご了承ください。

■2日目のホテル到着は花火大会終了後となるため、渋滞状況等によっては深夜の到着となる場合があります。
■観覧席まではバス駐車場より徒歩約15～20分程かかります。
■ブルーインパルス展示飛行の時間やイベント内容は、5月14日現在詳細が未定となります。
ブルーインパルス展示飛行を含め、イベント内容は任務や天候、社会情勢により変更されることがあり、
場合によっては中止となる場合がございます。
ブルーインパルス展示飛行が中止になった場合でもツアーは催行し、返金はございませんので、予めご了承ください。
■当ツアーは、バス1台当たり最大46名様となります。また、奇数人数でのお申し込みはバス相席となります。
■1名1室は部屋数限定となります。
■1名1室の申込のお客様へ、潮来ホテルでは、洋室シングルルーム（3-4畳）の狭めのお部屋へご案内となる場合があります。
■行程を一部入れ替えてご案内する場合があります。

【食事内容の変更について】
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。

【バス前席プランについて】
・別料金・お一人様4,500円にて、バスの前方より3列目以内のお席を確保いたします。
・1～3列目の中での希望は承れません。座席は弊社にご一任ください。
・本プランはグループ単位となります。
・人数追加やツアー変更・出発日の変更の際は再度ご予約をお願いいたします。また、最大8席のためご予約いただけない場合もございます。
・お申込み締め切り日はツアー出発5営業日以内まで/クレジットカード支払いの場合は3営業日以内までとなっております。代金は事前にご入金をお願いいたします。当日の現金払いは承れません。
・席割の都合上、3列目までのお客様が前方指定席プランへのお申込みの方でない場合がございます。

【利用列車について】
利用列車の発着時間につきましてはThe flight and car number designated by our company within the notation.  となりますので予めご了承願います。
ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたり、他のお客様と相席をお願いする場合がございます。予め、ご了承下さい。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
京都駅から途中ご乗車希望のお客様は出発7日前までに弊社までご一報ください。
※行程表内に記載された駅以外からの途中乗車はできかねます。
※列車・時間などの詳細は、後日送付いたします「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」にてご確認ください。
※途中乗車駅までの交通費・運賃および駅ホームへの入場券はお客様負担となります。
※途中乗車によるご返金・割引はございません。予めご了承ください。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
