*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion conditions, seating arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for designated departure and arrival times, window sides, aisle sides, etc. Also, even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other.

[Waitlist About reservations
For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, a written contract will be sent or sent to My Page to transfer to an official reservation. Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will cancel the reservation. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
