For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, a written contract will be sent to the official reservation by sending it to My Page. Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will cancel the reservation. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[About changes to meal contents]
Starting from Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and an actual fee will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.
If you fail to consume Meals, the meal will not be refunded.

[About sending documents]
Regarding the "Travel Bookmark", tickets and tickets will be sent by mail for courses that are sent before departure, and you will not be able to view the "Travel Bookmark" on My Page.

*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

[Getting on and off along the way]
On this course, you can get on and off at Kokura Station along the way.
*If you board midway ride, please purchase your admission ticket at the boarding station.
*There are no refunds or discounts for fares to midway ride stations or for getting on or off at intermediate stations.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
