[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■ The seats in the "HINOTORI ・Premium Seat" are 3 rows of seats, so even if you are in the same group, your seats may be separated.
■Snow scenery may not be visible due to natural phenomena.
■In this course, we will give you a confirmation phone call to greet the representative before traveling, but we may not be able to contact you if you are not connected during our business hours (9:15~17:30) or if you are absent. *If you live outside of Japan, we will not contact you before departure.

[For midway ride customers]
If you wish to board from a station other than Osaka Namba Station, you will be responsible for the transportation costs to midway ride Station (all trains including conventional lines and Shinkansen).
For midway ride, please purchase a ticket for the lowest section fare from midway ride station.
Please check the final information (sent at least 5 days before the departure date) sent by our company on the day of departure before boarding the designated train.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

[Travel precautions]
*The round-trip transportation and Accommodation details will be provided in the "Travel Guide (Departure Information)" which will be sent to you approximately 5 days prior to the departure date.
*Please leave seat allocations for transportation (bus, plane, train, Other) and room allocations for Accommodation to our discretion. Please refrain from reclining bus seats.
*Please note that even if you apply for train seats for two or more people, the seats may not be next to each other or may be far apart.
*This tour is also available for sale to foreigners. If foreign passengers are on board, some of the tour may be conducted in a foreign language, but a guide-interpreter will not accompany the passenger.

[Travel fees for infants]
For customers aged 3 to 6 (preschool children), due to the Travel Agency Act and safety management, we will provide bus seats for the duration of the trip, for which an additional fee will be charged (taxis and free hotel shuttle buses do not provide seats). However, train seats, Meals, and bedding at Accommodation will not be provided during the trip. If you would like to provide a seat, please make a reservation as a "child."

[Infant reception]
If you are bringing a child under the age of three, please apply using this dedicated form or through our call center.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
