[About the tour]

■ Dinner at Day 1 will be early around 15:30. Shirakawa-go is only lit up and there is no daytime visit. Day 1 arrives at the hotel around 9 p.m. scheduled.

[Shirakawa-go About illumination
■The lighting time is scheduled from 17:30~19:30.
■Please refer to the following items as it will be an outdoor walk at night. (Flashlight, warm clothing, coat, disposable warmer, warm gloves, cold weather hat, ear covers, non-slip shoes with deep grooves on the soles of the feet, waterproof boots, outerwear such as kappa and poncho)
■Please observe good manners when using a tripod or taking photos and videos, and take photos in moderation.
■Admission to the observation deck on the north side of the venue is restricted. This tour does not offer a view from the "observation deck", so please forgive me in advance.

[About changes to meal contents]
From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, and actual expenses will be charged if there is a difference. In principle, please make a request at least 14 days before the departure date. Please contact us for further information.

For Waitlist passengers, if a seat is available 15 days before departure, a written contract will be sent or sent to My Page to transfer to an official reservation.
Please complete the payment procedure for the travel fee within one week after receiving the documents. If we are unable to confirm the payment, we will cancel the reservation. Also, depending on when a seat becomes available, we may contact you by phone or email before sending out the contract document.

[Travel fees for infants]
Passengers aged 3~6 (preschoolers) will be charged a bus seat during the journey from the perspective of the Travel Business Act and safety management (there are no seats for taxis and free hotel shuttle buses). However, there are no train seats, Meals, Accommodation facility bedding, etc. during the journey. If you wish, please make a reservation with a "child".

[Infant reception]

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
