[About the tour]
■This course is limited to couples. Please note that we cannot accept people other than married couples, couples of the same sex, or single participants. Also, if either person is unable to attend, both people will be cancelled and cancellation fees for both people will be charged.
■Day 5: You may have to wait to enter Kumamoto Castle Keep depending on how busy it is.
■Day 5: If you are Accommodation at REF Kumamoto by Vessel Hotels, dinner will be served at Kumamoto Castle Josaien before arriving at the hotel. Please note that due to the opening hours of Kumamoto Castle, dinner will be served early, starting at around 5pm.
■Day 7: The Kujukushima sightseeing boat tour may be canceled due to bad weather.
This tour includes a luggage delivery service upon your return.

■If there are not enough participants, the trip may be canceled. If the trip is canceled, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
