[About this course]
■Children under elementary school age are not permitted to participate.
■Dinner at the hotel is served from 7:00 PM until 7:45 PM (last entry), and the hotel will designate Meals times for each room depending on the number of guests and reservation status. Please note that during busy times, dinner may be served later within the 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM time slot.
■The hotel's large public bath is a separate facility from Accommodation building (approximately 5-15 minutes' walk).
The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on the weather, etc. Regardless of the flowering situation, the tour will depart once Minimum Number of Participants has been met.

[Meal details]
■For Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to severe food allergies, dietary restrictions based on medical judgment, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, the actual cost will be charged. In principle, please notify us at least 14 days before your departure date. For changes after this date, please consult us. [Accommodation About the facility
■1~3 people per room is basic.
■Rooms are Western-style rooms (single, twin or triple rooms, with bath and toilet).

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
