■There is no group priority admission to the Imperial Palace. As it is the same as general customers, you may have to wait during busy times. There is also a baggage check upon entry. Food and drinks and large luggage are not allowed. The camera is OK.
■There are slopes and other roads in the Imperial Palace, so please wear comfortable shoes to participate. Also, please prepare rain gear in case of sudden changes in the weather.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
