[About the tour]
■The order of the itinerary may be reversed.
■This tour is open to more than 2 people, and it is not possible to participate by one person. If you request to change the number of people for one person, a cancellation fee will be charged for all people
■The tour conductor will accompany you to Day 1 New Chitose Airport ~ Day 3 New Chitose Airport. At Chubu International Airport on the day of departure, please receive your boarding pass from our airport staff and board by yourself. The local tour conductor will be waiting for you at the exit of the new Chitose airport (arrival airport).
■Round-trip flights may be split. Therefore, the arrival time of the new Chitose may not be at the same time on the outbound journey, and there may be a waiting time of several hours at the new Chitose airport for the return journey. We will leave it up to us to decide which flight to guide you to. Please note that this is a condition of the travel contract.
■The contents of the buffet vary depending on the day.

【Precautions for travel】

*Regarding aircraft seats, due to congestion conditions, seating arrangements, and group arrangements, we cannot accept requests for designated departure and arrival times, window sides, aisle sides, etc. Also, even if you apply for two or more people, you may not be seated next to each other.
*This tour is also available to foreigners. If you are a foreign passenger, we may provide guidance in some foreign languages, but an interpreter will not accompany you.

【Information about reservations】
■The content is updated every day (excluding Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays), but please note that it is not real-time. Also, even if there is only one seat left, it will be displayed as [Available].
■If the number of participants is insufficient, the tour may be canceled. In case of cancellation only, we will contact you at least 14 days before departure.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
