[About the tour]
■ The tour conductor of this course will accompany you to Day 1 Obihiro or New Chitose Airport ~ Day 3 Obihiro or New Chitose Airport. The local tour conductor will be waiting for you at the arrival gate of the arrival airport.
■ We may guide you by changing the order of the process.
■ Kushiro Shitsugen Norokko Train seats are up to us. Even if you apply as a group, we may not be able to provide you with side-by-side seats. Thank you for your understanding.
■ The departure date of the tour is set based on the situation of the previous year, but the best time to see the autumn leaves may change due to unseasonable weather and other reasons. If the tour has decided to depart regardless of the autumn foliage situation, the tour will be held.

For passengers aged 3~5 years old, airline seats and bus seats during the journey will be provided for a fee from the viewpoint of the Travel Agency Act and safety management. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
