[About Grand Class]
■ The Grand Class seats between Tokyo ~ New Hakodate Hokuto are 3 rows of seats, so you may be in front of and behind in the same group. The seats do not rotate. Please leave the seat allocation to us.
■ More than 10 types of drinks, including Light meal service, alcohol, and soft drinks, are available free of charge.

■ Once you leave the room, you will not be able to re-enter.
■ Eating and drinking are not allowed in the lounge. Please refrain from eating or drinking what you brought with you. You can eat and drink before and after entering the lounge (when boarding the Nozomi or Grand Class).

【Precautions for sales】
■ The tour conductor will accompany you from Nagoya Station.
■ The bus guide will accompany you to the hotel in Day 2 Hakodate ~ Day 3 New Chitose or Hakodate airport.
■ There is no space to check in luggage while traveling on the train, so each customer will be responsible for managing it by themselves. Please keep your luggage as compact as possible.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
