Furthermore, if this becomes apparent during your trip, we may cancel your travel contract at that point.

■ About sending materials
Due to postal conditions, materials such as the Travel Guide may not arrive in time for your departure.

■About payment
We recommend that you make payment by credit card.
For customers who apply more than 5 business days before the departure date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), new reservations can only be made by credit card. If you do not have a credit card, please make a reservation and pay at the Kinki Nippon Tourist store.
■Insurance can only be applied for up to the day before your trip if you pay by credit card. Insurance premiums cannot generally be collected on the day of your trip, so please make sure to make an additional payment by credit card.

■If you need to cancel or make any changes to a trip you have booked, please be sure to contact us.
A designated fee may be charged depending on the date of cancellation or change.

■This course will be served by a bus guide.
■ The Solo Travel course is one bus with no more than 23 people, and each bus seat has 2 seats (no shared seats). *Excluding some remote island buses, facility shuttle buses, amphibious buses, luxury buses, limousines, taxis, and microbuses.

[About the front seat bus plan]
・Additional fee: For 1,500 yen per person, we will secure a seat in front of you within the third row of the bus.
・Application deadline: 5 business days before departure.
・We cannot accept seat reservations in rows 1~3.
・If you change your departure date, you may not be able to secure a seat. In addition, there will be a maximum of 8 seats (or 5 seats), so if you exceed the capacity, it will be Request Only.
・ The distance traveled each day will vary, but the fee will be the same.
・ Please pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card.
・ We do not accept applications via our website. If you wish to apply, please apply by phone.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
