<About what to bring and what to wear>
・Shoes: Please bring comfortable athletic shoes.
・Rain gear: Please be sure to bring it! A raincoat top and bottom are useful. For safety reasons, please refrain from walking around with an umbrella.
・Backpack: For safety reasons, we would like you to have both hands free during the hike, so please bring a small backpack. (Large bags will be stored on the bus during the hike.)
・Hat, towel: Protect yourself from the sun and cold (it's very windy, so please attach a clip to your hat)
・ Other: If you bring trekking poles, please use caps on the tips to protect the hiking trails.
