■Please note that if the fireworks are suspended or canceled due to reasons not attributable to the company after the tour starts, the bleacher fee will not be refunded.

■You may arrive at the venue well in advance to avoid traffic restrictions and congestion before the fireworks start. Therefore, you may have to wait until the fireworks display starts.
■You may need to walk about 15~30 minutes from the parking lot to the viewing seats of the fireworks display.
■This tour will be disbanded on-site. Public transportation such as railways and buses are not in operation, so please secure a means of transportation to your home before participating.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
