[Day 1 About lunch to choose from]
For lunch at Day 1, you can choose between "Kabarok Crab Kamameshi" or "Noto Beef Kamameshi".
*Separate menus within the group are allowed.

*If you do not contact us, we will prepare "Noto beef kamameshi".

[About confirming meeting time and train to be taken]
●We will send you the "final information" containing the train to be taken, meeting time, itinerary, and Accommodation information approximately one week before departure.

[Train Tour Information]
●Due to the arrangement of train seats, even if you are booking as a group, your seats may be far apart, and even if you book as a pair, you may be seated vertically or next to each other across an aisle rather than next to each other.
●If you wish to midway ride, please contact us at least 14 days before departure. On the day of departure, please purchase an admission ticket at your own expense, enter the station, and proceed to the train departure platform (boarding and alighting gate). *The train car and seat number will be notified to you by the day before by the tour conductor.

[About reservations for children]
●Preschool children can also apply for the child fare (same price as adults). Airplane and bus seats, bedding, and meals will be provided.
●For reservations for children under the age of 3, please contact us by phone or email at least 14 days prior to departure. If you make a reservation just before or on the day of departure, your child may not be able to participate.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
