■From Domestic Travel departing on or after May. 1, 2025, 1,500 yen per meal will be charged for changes to meal content due to religious reasons, such as serious food allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical judgment, etc., and the actual cost if there is a difference. ■If your flight is canceled, the tour may be canceled on the day of departure. [About drift ice tours]
・Drift ice is a natural phenomenon and may not be visible depending on weather conditions (tide, wind direction, etc.).
・The tour will be held regardless of the berthing status of the drift ice. Even if it is not docked, if it is canceled or changed, we will collect the prescribed cancellation fee.
・We will not notify you of the drift ice situation before departure. Please refer to the "Sea Ice Forecast Map" issued on the website of the Japan Meteorological Agency.
・If you cannot see the drift ice, the TD (tour conductor) who will accompany you on the day will guide you to an alternative. Please note that the facilities that can be guided will be limited due to the convenience of the itinerary, the location, and the season.
・The operation of the drift ice icebreaker does not depend on the presence or absence of drift ice, and if there is no drift ice on the route, it will be a sea tour, but there will be no refunds. If the flight is canceled due to bad weather, high waves, etc., we will guide you to an alternative tourist destination or refund the difference at a later date.

[About the replacement of customers (name change) after application]
You cannot change the name of the person who made the reservation from the My Reservation list on My Page. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us by email or phone. Please note that it may not be possible to make arrangements due to Full, etc., and even if it is possible, there will be a cost for replacement. The same will apply if there is an error in the information entered at the time of reservation.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board.
