■ As this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change Meals contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. ★About drift ice★
・As drift ice is a natural phenomenon, it may not be possible to see it depending on weather conditions (tides, wind direction, etc.).
・The tour will be held regardless of the drift ice situation. If the drift ice has not arrived at the shore, a cancellation fee will be charged in the event of cancellation or change.
・We will not inform customers of the drift ice conditions before departure. Please refer to the "Sea Ice Forecast" issued on the website of the Japan Meteorological Agency.
・If you are unable to see the drift ice, the accompanying tour guide (TD) will provide you with an alternative plan. Please note that the alternative plan may be limited depending on the itinerary, location, and season.
・The operation of the drift ice icebreaker does not depend on the presence of drift ice, and if there is no drift ice on the route, it will be a sea tour, but there are no refunds. In the event of a cancellation due to bad weather or high waves, we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot or refund the difference in fare at a later date. For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
