【コース重要事項】
■当コースは振込用紙同封のご旅行パンフレットにて集合時間・場所をお伝え致します。確定書面（旅のしおり）の送付はございません。
■吉野山はウォーキングとなります。歩きやすい服装でご参加ください。
（参考／歩行時間約80分・歩行距離約1.7km以内・標高差37m／※食事会場からロープウェイ吉野山駅までは下り坂です。)

■吉野山ロープウェイは一般のお客様と混乗となり、待ち時間が生じる場合もございます。予めご了承ください。
■「青の交響曲(シンフォニー)」は座席配列が３列(２列＋１列)のため、同じグループでも席が離れる場合があります。また座席は、進行方向と反対向きの座席になる場合や相席となる場合がございます。。
■紅葉の見ごろは例年を参考にしていますが、自然現象のため見ごろがずれる場合がございます。見ごろがずれた場合でもツアーは出発致します。
■自然保護のためゴミの持ち帰りのご協力をお願いいたします。
■吉野駅から景勝の宿　芳雲館間は景勝の宿　芳雲館による道路運送法上の許可等を要しない自家用自動車での無料運送にてご案内となります。また、他のグループ様との相席または分乗となる場合がございます。
■8月8日に、補足情報に列車乗車区間を追記いたしましたが、ツアー内容に変更はございません。

■ご希望の方には、国宝の「金峯山寺本堂・蔵王堂」の秘仏ご本尊金剛蔵王大権現の特別ご開帳の拝観券ご準備致します。
ご希望の方は出発日の5日前までにご登録をお願い致します。
（チケットは当日添乗員よりお渡しいたします）

※当日現地でも拝観券はお求めいただけますが、通常料金大人1,600円・中高生1,200円・小学生800円となります。

列車の手配の都合上、予約希望の受付のみとなり、旅行契約の締結は当社の手配完了後（出発の２ヶ月前）となります。お席のご用意の可否は書類発送をもって行います。２か月前に１回目のご案内の手紙が届かない場合はお席がご用意できておらず、キャンセル待ちでの受付となります。ご了承下さい。

ツアー毎の団体扱い一括手配となる為、お客様の参加人数や列車の座席配列や座席確保状況により、座席が前後等に分かれたり、他のお客様と相席をお願いする場合がございます。予め、ご了承下さい。

【途中乗車のお客様へ】
行程上の発駅以外の駅から乗車希望の場合でも途中乗車駅までの交通費は各自ご負担となります。
途中乗車駅からご乗車の場合はお客様自身で各種切符類をご購入頂き、指定の列車に直接ご乗車下さい。

【幼児料金について】
3歳以上の未就学児の旅行代金についてはChildren rates. The price will be displayed when you make a reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
