◆ローカル線は自由席となります。混雑状況によってはお座りいただけない場合がございます。また、列車の遅延や運休などやむを得ない事由により乗車いただけない場合は、バス移動に変更となり、乗車運賃相当額をご返金いたします。

●アレルギーや医療的判断による食事制限等、身体の安全を脅かす可能性がある場合を除き、お食事内容のご変更に関するご要望はお受けいたしかねますので、恐れ入りますがお客様ご自身でご用意ください。
2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、重篤な食物アレルギー、医療的判断による食事制限等、宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円、及び差額が生じる場合はその実費を頂戴します。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
