■神立観光駐車場の集合場所へお車でお越しのお客様は、駐車料金は無料ですが、事前申込みが必要となります。出発の2日前までに弊社にご連絡ください。駐車場での盗難、事故等の責任に関しまして、弊社及び神立観光は一切の責任を負いかねますので予めご了承ください。

【つくば駅南2駐車場について】
■つくば駅南２駐車場へお車でお越しのお客様は、駐車料金は無料ですが、事前申込みが必要となります。出発2日前までに弊社にご連絡下さい。盗難・事故等に関しまして、弊社及びつくば駅南２駐車場は一切責任を負いかねます。(当日無料券をお渡し致します)

【ご案内】
■３名以上１室の場合は、エキストラベッド（ソファーベッド含む）併用となる場合があります。
■４名１室でお申し込みでも、２部屋に分かれる場合があります。
■一部客室はシャワーブースのみ付いているお部屋になる場合がございます
■紅葉の見ごろは気象状況によって前後する場合があります。出発日は例年の時期を踏まえて設定しておりますが、ご出発当日に見頃とならない場合もありますので予めご了承ください。紅葉の状況が理由でツアーの予約を取り消される場合でも、所定の取消料が必要となります。

■2025年5月1日以降に出発する国内旅行より、食物アレルギーや宗教上の理由等による食事内容の変更には1食につき1,500円の手数料、及び差額が生じる場合は実費を頂戴します。原則、ご出発日の14日前までにお申し出ください。それ以降についてはご相談ください。
■交通機関の遅延等による遅れ、不参加も取消料の対象となります。パンフレット記載の出発時間になりましたら、ツアーは出発いたします。
■茨城県内の他出発場所と共同運行となる場合があります。その際は途中でバスのお乗換えにご協力いただきます。
※中型または小型バスでの運行となる場合があります。　
※当ツアーは、添乗員は最終出発地より乗車し、復路は第一帰着地で下車させていただく場合があります。その場合の乗車時の受付は弊社委託バス会社乗務員が行います。

【無料幼児について】

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
