We have no choice but to change the itinerary as follows. In addition, we will change the arrival time slot at Haneda Airport for Itinerary flights on the return flight.

【Participation Conditions】
This course is a tour that includes winter activities such as drift ice walking and ice horizon walking.
For the convenience of customer safety management, we have established the following conditions for participation.
Please note that if the following conditions are not met, we will not be able to accept the application.
●Participation conditions: 6 years old or older ~ under 75 years old (at the time of participation)
●Height: 130 cm or more, weight: less than 120 kg
*In addition, as a condition for participation, those who can self-manage and have the physical strength to hike are eligible, so those who need to be accompanied may be refused participation in the drift ice walk.

[Drift ice viewing course]
■Drift ice may not be visible due to natural phenomena. The drift ice breaker may be suspended depending on the berthing conditions of the drift ice and weather conditions. Even if you cancel or change due to this event, a cancellation fee will be charged from the date of cancellation.
■The drift ice icebreaker will operate in Aomi if there is no drift ice. Please note that flights may be canceled in case of bad weather. In that case, you will be guided to an alternative tourist destination or the difference will be refunded.

【About the course】
・Please contact our call center at least 14 days before departure with your height and weight in order to rent a dry suit to wear on the drift ice walk. ・ Accommodation ・We may change the order of sightseeing and guide you. ・The meal contents listed may be unavoidably changed depending on the local purchasing status. ・Even if you apply for two people in one room, you may be guided into two rooms. ・Even if you apply as a group due to the arrangement of seats on the plane, you may not be seated next to each other (vertical seats).

■ Regarding name changes after application
We cannot accept name changes from the My Reservations list on your My Page. If you would like to change the name of the person making the reservation, please contact us by email or the phone number below. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate you if the reservation is fully Full, and even if we can, there will be a fee required for the change.
■Please note that we do not accept preschool children or infants for this course.

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
