【アルペンルートの散策について】
■室堂平（みくりが池方面）は散策路の残雪・降雪状況により、安全上の観点から室堂平での自由散策をお断りする場合があります。
■アルペンルート内の全ての乗り物は一般のお客様と混乗となります
■気象・混雑状況により、開始・終了時間の変更、及びコースを短縮する場合があります
■天候等により、滞在時間を短縮してご案内する場合があります
■アルペンルート混雑時は宿出発時間が早まる場合があります。これに伴い、朝食はお弁当となる場合がございます。

■11月4日～11月30日までの期間中、立山ケーブルカー（立山駅～美女平間）が駆動系機器の一部更新工事の実施に伴い運休となり、代替バスでの運行となります

【上高地の散策について】
安全上の観点から、河童橋から30 分以内、西は田代橋・東は河童橋と明神池の中間あたりまでの自由散策となります。

【黒部峡谷トロッコ電車について】
・窓がない普通車(オープンカー・屋根あり)の乗車となります
・積雪状況および能登半島地震による「鐘釣橋」の損傷に伴う工事状況により、乗車区間が変更となる場合がございます。

※旅行中の利用交通機関（バス・飛行機・鉄道・その他）のお席割り、宿泊施設のお部屋割りは弊社にご一任ください。バス席は相席となる場合があります。
※列車の座席は２名様以上でお申し込みの場合でも、隣あわせの席にならない場合や席が離れてしまう場合がございます。予めご了承ください。
※ご利用いただく列車に途中停車駅がある場合は乗下車をしていただくことができます。該当駅からの乗車をご希望されるお客様は予約時に予めお申し出いただくか、「旅のしおり（出発のご案内）」でご確認の上出発日の4日前までに弊社コールセンターにお電話にてお知らせ下さい。途中乗車該当駅までの運賃はお客様負担になります。また、ご乗車の際は入場券をお買い求めの上（お客様負担）ホームへおこし下さい。途中乗下車に伴う返金はございませんのでご了承下さい。号車・席番号に関しましては出発前日までにツアーディレクター（添乗員）よりご案内致します。

【幼児・乳児の受付】
●３歳未満のお子様をお連れになる場合は下記お問合せ先までご連絡下さい。
●３～６歳（未就学児）のお客様は、旅行業法・安全管理上の観点から行程中のバス座席を用意し、有料とさせていただきます(タクシー・ホテル無料送迎バスの場合、座席はございません)。ただし、行程中の列車のお座席・お食事・宿泊施設の寝具等はございませんので予めご了承下さい。

【インターネットからお申込みに際してのご案内】
当ツアーはインターネットからお申込みは、[クレジットカード支払い限定、書類発送無し]となりますが、クレジットカード以外での支払い、また、書類発送をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までお電話くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

For Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, and Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen trains, from May 20, 2020 onwards, if you wish to bring on board luggage whose three sides exceed 160 cm in total (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please be sure to request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to make arrangements. Even if we are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose three sides exceed 250 cm in total cannot be brought on board. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
